In most cases, pending parts availability and an accelerated solution, DataServ will have your unit fixed an tested within 24-hours of delivery. DataServ has the solution for a quick repair.

Estimate Fee - $45.00 Due upon initiation of work order and is included in the repair of the unit. Notebook computers and monitors carry an estimate fee of $68.00.
Depot Repair - $68/hr - typically depot tickets do not exceed 1- to 2-hours of labor. The customer is always contacted for approval of additional charges.
For depot repair, please bring your computer, printer, or device into our repair center at 8625 F Street in Omaha, NE. For computers, please only bring the unit itself (no cables, mouse, or keyboard) and any peripherals that you are having trouble with. For printers, please bring the power adapter, printer cable, and extra supplies you may have. No appointment is necessary for depot repairs. If replacements parts are not in stock, they are normally received within 1-2 days. DataServ's operating hours are Monday-Friday from 8-5.
Onsite Repair - $98/hr (including travel time and 55/cents per mile). Minimum of 1-hour charge.
